Conventions & Get-Together’s

Australasian conventions are typically held every two years and are organised on a rotational basis by one of the Cactus and Succulent Societies in Australia or by one of the branches of the New Zealand Society.

Accordingly, Cacticon hosted by The Cactus and Succulent Society of NSW Inc. will be hosted in Sydney over the long weekend 4-7 October 2024.

A Get-Together is a similar event to a Convention but more relaxed and social affair. Again for financial members of any Cactus and Succulent Society in Australia or New Zealand. Get togethers are biannual (odd years) and again are usually a 3 day event.

The next Get-Together is being held in Western Australia in 2023 from September 30 to October 2 and is being sponsored by The Cactus and Succulent Society of Western Australia Inc.
