The Society has adopted the NSW Fair Trading ‘model’ set of rules that all associations were required to adopt or adapt their constitution to bring all associations in line together and have been submitted to Fair Trading for acceptance. These now supersede any reference to a ‘constitution’ and ‘by-laws’ and are referred to as the ‘rules'.
