Vendor registrations are NOW OPEN for May 2026

The committee and I are excited to welcome you to register for our Autumn Sales Day presenting The Growers Collab.

Not only will our event have all the beauties of the Desert, the Jungle is coming to join our amazing event.

Bookings can be made via the Sales Day Tab in our online store.

So the boring bits that you know, but I need to remind you of.

Eligible vendors must have been a financial member for 12 months or more (excluding invited Jungle vendors).

Members of less than a year who are interested in being a vendor are requested to email the committee for consideration.

 

All invited 'Jungle' vendors must not offer cacti and succulents for sale unless invited to by the committee.  

Interstate vendors must have appropriate Plant Health Certificates.

Bookings will not be made final until eligibility has been assessed and payment is made in full.

Vendor Positions will be at the discretion of the Show/Sales committee.

Vendor bookings will close strictly on the 28th April.

Vendors will be advised of stand positions no less than 10 days before the event.

No late bookings for table hire and chairs can be accepted, there will not be any extra tables and chairs available on the day.
