The CSSNSW Constitution outlines how our society operates, ensuring transparency, good governance, and a welcoming community for all members. It reflects our commitment to fostering the study, cultivation and enjoyment of cacti and succulents across New South Wales. This version of the constitution was brought into effect as of 1st August, 2025.

The Society has a long standing practice of non-disclosure in relation to personal information of members held by the Society. This personal information is used solely by the Society for the conduct of its business and access to it is limited to the members of the Society’s Management Committee and, on a need-to-know basis, to a limited number of other persons who are engaged from time to time to undertake certain activities on behalf of the Society.

The Management Committee has now approved a formal policy.
