Our Autumn and Spring Show and Sales Day

events are hosted at The Hawkesbury Pavilion

📍 Hawkesbury Showground, Racecourse Rd, Clarendon NSW 2756

We receive a wide range of visitors coming from all around NSW and interstate.

Below is the time schedule for both areas inside the pavilion.

Sales Area: 9:00am - 3:00pm

Exhibition Show Display: 9:30am - 3:00pm

All members are encouraged to bring a selection of plants to contribute to the Exhibition Show Display.

Judging of plants will take place and awards will be given to the best plants in the exhibition show.

Plants can be submitted on the Friday before show day between 2:00pm-6:00pm
OR before 8:00am on show day to be placed in their category class.

Retrieval of plants will be available at the end of the show schedule.

The society is always looking for members to volunteer.

You will need to Log-in into your CSSNSW Membership Account to Register as a Vendor or Volunteer.

VENDORS will need to have held a Full Membership for more than 12 months to Register.
